Special interests include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, stress and grief. Stephanie takes an empathetic and person-centred approach and uses evidence-based methods for personalised therapy, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy. Through these approaches, she aims to collaboratively explore and develop personal meaning, supporting clients towards enhanced well-being and fulfilment that aligns with their personal values and aspirations.
