Kyle Wilson

Psychologist

Kyle offers a compassionate and personalised approach to therapy, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities to meet the unique needs of each client.

Kyle creates a safe space that celebrates neurodiversity and helps clients understand their neurological differences as natural variations rather than deficits. His practice integrates the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients embrace their authentic selves while moving toward meaningful values-based action, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy to address unhelpful thought patterns and longstanding emotional themes, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) allows for deeper exploration of the self to promote healing and integration.

Special areas of interest include:

  • Men's mental health and emotional wellbeing

  • Assisting clients navigating grief

  • Supporting people with disabilities through life transitions

  • Child and adolescent development and challenges

  • Anxiety and depression management

  • Workplace stress and burnout prevention

  • Neuro-affirming care for ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergence

Kyle is committed to creating an inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered on their journey toward psychological wellbeing.
