Kristie Lyons is an experienced Clinical Psychologist and brings a wealth of expertise to her work, providing evidence-based assessment and treatment to adolescents and adults.

Kristie's therapeutic approach is grounded in a range of evidence-based frameworks, including EMDR, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows her to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each individual. In addition, Kristie provides formal assessment and reports across the lifespan for cognitive skills, learning disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Kristie enjoys working with a diverse range of presentations, with particular focus on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism, complex trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), personality disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety.

In addition to her direct clinical work, Kristie is a board-approved supervisor, providing provisional and clinical endorsement supervision to psychologists, supporting their professional development.

Kristie's practice is underpinned by a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and neuro-affirming practice. Across all aspects of her work, Kristie is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.
